Epi2me Data Analysis Workshop

Please join us for an afternoon Data Analysis Workshop featuring Rob Harbert PhD, Field Bioinformatics Scientist. This workshop will aim to equip researchers with a comprehensive toolset to analyze their Nanopore sequencing data. Nanopore provides full-featured workflows, available on GitHub, and integrated into the EPI2ME Desktop Application to enable researchers to perform data analysis, at all levels of bioinformatics expertise. Following a data analysis seminar, Rob will lead a live data analysis demonstration. Join us 9 am -12 pm in Jordan Hall 6117 on September 25th.
