Aura Ankita Mishra
Bio
Aura Ankita Mishra is a developmental health researcher who focuses on biopsychosocial contexts and mechanisms linking life-course social adversities to health and behavioral problems with a special focus on populations at-risk for health disparities. In her research, she integrates individual-level developmental models and population methods. She hopes to extend her current line of research on social environments to incorporate physical environmental factors to better understand how multi-level and multi-contextual factors influence health and contribute to health disparities.
