About

The Genetics and Genomics Pedagogy and Education RIG focuses on advancing education and pedagogy in genetics and genomics. The group explores evidence-based strategies for effective teaching and learning, provides training in best practices for inclusive education, supports faculty, staff, and students interested in pursuing genetics and genomics education research, and aims to integrate and support innovative educational methods and research in genetics and genomics classrooms at NC State and beyond. No experience in educational research is required to join. We welcome all faculty, staff, postdocs, and graduate students!
